Temporary hiccup in log ingestion

Resolved

For a period of three or four minutes around 13:47 GMT, log ingestion was interrupted for a large fraction of customers.

This is associated with a major AWS incident in the us-east region. We are hosted in AWS, but we have redundancy across availability zones and we believe we have successfully compensated for the outage. We're continuing to monitor the situation.
